I THINK THE SCHOOLS NEED TO START CLEANING BETTER! THEY SHOULD HAVE A CAN OF LYSOL AND SPRAY THE DESK BETWEEN EACH CLASS, ALSO BLEACH THE WATER FOUTAINS EVERY DAY AND PUT PAPER CUPS TO USE. AND REMIND THE YOUNGER CHILDREN EVERY MORNING TO WASH THEIR HANDS BEFORE THEY EAT ,AND WHEN THEY COME IN FROM RECESS ALSO HAVE THEM GO WASH THEIR HANDS. I REALLY THINK IF THEY TOOK THESE STEPS THEY WOULD NOTICE A BIG DIFFERANCE.

I got the flu eventhough I am home all the time. I just went grocery shopping and in a few days I had the flu real bad. I lost my voice, had a sore throat, chest congested real bad, and very tired. Advive to others. Flu enters through the nose and touching infected surfaces. Use Oust, hand sanitizer, Clorox Wipes, Air out the classrooms and watch kids toys. To get better, Eat Chicken soup, high dose of vitamin C in throat suckers, drink lots of liquids (Hot 7 Cold), Eleve and TheraFlu Apple/Cinnamon, Musinnex, and Inhaler. I can happliy say that combo worked. I though I was dying. Soothing vapor hot showers. Antibiotics will not help unless you catch pnuemonia. God Bless all of you, expecially the children. Parents Protect your children. Set your school conditions to a safer environment ASAP! Contribute supplies to schools. Janitorial services need to use the right disinfecting products.
